No worries! Follow these steps to restore your PRO subscription:

Step 1: Check your login details

Make sure you're logging in with the same email or method (email, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID) used during the purchase. If using the app as a guest, go to the Profile tab, click Complete registration, and log in with the correct method.

Step 2: Provide proof of purchase


Android users:

  • Check your Gmail inbox (linked to Google Play) for "Google Play" transaction confirmations.

  • Send the order confirmation number to helpdesk@beespeaker.com.

iOS users:

  • Check your Apple ID inbox for purchase confirmations from "Apple."

  • Send the order confirmation number to helpdesk@beespeaker.com.

Step 3: Wait for assistance

Our team will guide you on which account to use or help you restore your subscription.
