How can I get a refund?

If your subscription was purchased in the app, click here to open our refund form. We'll guide you through the next steps based on how you purchased BeeSpeaker.


Purchase via browser (Paddle)


If you made your purchase outside the app:

  • Go to the Paddle Manage Subscriptions page
  • Log in using the email address you used to make the purchase
  • Find BeeSpeaker in your list of subscriptions
  • Click "Get help" and request a refund
