How can I cancel my subscription?

Please keep in mind that cancelling a subscription will not revoke your access to PRO features—you will still be able to enjoy them until your subscription expires.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.

On Android phone:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Account or tap your profile name.
4. Select Payments & subscriptions.
5. Find and select the BeeSpeaker app.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription.
7. Confirm cancellation.

On Apple phone:

1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select BeeSpeaker.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.
