My PRO didn't activate after purchase

Purchase in the app (App Store / Google Play)


If your PRO subscription didn’t activate after purchase, it may be due to a store error. You can activate it manually by following these steps:

1️⃣ Open the BeeSpeaker app

2️⃣ Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen

3️⃣ Go to Settings

4️⃣ Select “Restore PRO” to manually activate your subscription


Purchase via Browser (Paddle)


If you purchased your subscription outside the app, you can activate PRO by yourself within the app:


1️⃣ Open the BeeSpeaker app and go to the “Profile” tab

2️⃣ Tap the “Activate PRO” button

3️⃣ Enter the same email address used for the purchase - the one that received the Paddle purchase confirmation

4️⃣ Your PRO subscription will then be linked to your account
