My PRO didn't activate after purchase

Purchase in the app (App Store / Google Play)


If your PRO subscription didn’t activate after purchase, it may be due to a store error. You can activate it manually by following these steps:

1️⃣ Open the BeeSpeaker app

2️⃣ Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen

3️⃣ Go to Settings

4️⃣ Select “Restore PRO” to manually activate your subscription


Purchase through a browser (Paddle)


If you purchased outside the app, PRO activation is done via email:


1️⃣ Make sure the BeeSpeaker app is installed

2️⃣ Click the activation link sent from no-reply@beespeaker.co
