Check your internet connection:

  • If using mobile data, ensure good coverage and a 4G, LTE, or 5G connection. Alternatively, switch to Wi-Fi.
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure strong signal strength and sufficient speed (e.g., able to stream YouTube in 480p without issues).


Reinstall the app:

  • If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app to clear the cache and check if that resolves the problem.
