The microphone doesn't work

If the microphone isn’t working in the app, BeeSpeaker might not have access to your device’s microphone. To resolve this, grant the app the necessary permissions in your phone settings:

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll down, find the BeeSpeaker app, and click on it.

  3. Enable microphone access by toggling the switch next to Microphone to green.

Android:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Apps or App Manager section, then select BeeSpeaker.
  3. Go to Permissions, click Microphone, and select Allow only while using the app.
  4. Make sure Google app is installed on your device, you can download it here: Google Play Store - Google app
  5. Navigate to the Apps or App Manager section, then select Google.
  6. Go to Permissions, click Microphone, and select Allow only while using the app.
