I see errors in the app

If you encounter errors in the app, you have two options to report the issue:


During a lesson:
Tap the screen to pause it, then select the "Report a Problem" option.


Via email:
Email us at helpdesk@beespeaker.com, describing the issue and including screenshots or screen recordings.
